SLEEP IT OFF
Manage your sleep on your Android
FEATURES
SMART ALARM
How many times have you woken up feeling like you didn't get any sleep? Don't let it happen again.
SleepItOff manages your sleep by waking you up when your body is most ready. The app checks you sleep stages and wakes you up at the light stage of sleep within the last half hour before your alarm goes off.
CREATIVE SLEEP
All that creativity right at your fingertips. Manage your sleep to actually remember what you dreamed about.
SleepItOff will monitor your sleep cycle and wake you up during that precious REM sleep stage allowing you to use all your brain's creative power and actually remember your dreams.
COMBAT NAP
Have 40 minutes to sleep? Need to feel energized and skip the dreaded feeling like you woke up even more tired that before?
SleepIfOff will wake you up before you enter deep sleep or right after it.
This feature allows you to manage your sleep even more precisely than in the Smart Alarm option because the app takes your body measurements in shorter intervals.
DAILY ANXIETY LEVELS INDICATOR
Have you been feeling extra jumpy lately? Like your stress levels are through the ruff but you have no idea if it even makes sense?
SleepItOff measures your daily sleep efficiency which indicates your stress levels and compares them to other users with similar attributes as your own giving you an indication of how normal your stress levels are.
HOW IT WORKS
FIRST
SleepItOff receives your body movement, heart rate and body temperature from the Microsoft Band.
THEN
SleepItOff sends the data to the Microsoft Health Cloud so that the data can be processed, producing an indication of your sleep stages.
AT THE SAME TIME
You get a precise indication of when you fell asleep.
ULTIMATELY
The SleepItOff algorithm uses the Microsoft Azure Cloud to compare and combine your own sleep cycle history with thousands of other SleepItOff users who have similar attributes to give you a precise simulation of your sleep stages from the exact moment you fell sleep.
